Keg Sentry Pilot Program
From Proven Technology to a Customer-Installable System
Keg Sentry is a fully functional draft beer monitoring system. The purpose of the Pilot Program is not to prove the basic technology—it is to determine the best way to package, configure, document, and support Keg Sentry as a standardized, customer-installable kit.
- The program will progress through three practical stages -
Single-tap Keg Sentry Monitors will be placed in selected bars to evaluate real-world installation, operation, and customer use.  These temporary monitors, which take about 45-minutes to install, provide full monitoring functionality while allowing Keg Essentials to observe how the product performs in different bar environments.
From the initial single tap field trials, approximately 15 participating locations will be selected for discounted multi-tap Keg Sentry systems. In return, participants will provide practical feedback on installation, cable management, tap identification, system configuration, reporting, and day-to-day operation.

Multi-Tap Pilot Program

The pilot will also evaluate the Keg Sentry Photo Bridge and Microsoft 365 + Copilot analytics process, including standardized Excel workbooks and simplified Copilot instructions.
The final stage will place fully packaged Keg Sentry kits with a small number of new customers for independent installation without Keg EssentialsI assistance.  The final test:  Can a customer receive the kit, follow the instructions, install it, and begin monitoring without specialized technical support?
Feedback from pilot participants will be used to finalize the hardware package, installation instructions, analytics procedures, and customer support materials before broader commercial release.

The technology is working. The Pilot Program is about making it simple, repeatable, and ready to install.
