Photo Bridge uses advanced Microsoft 365 + Copilot tools to turn photos of the Keg Sentry front panel and an end-of-shift POS spreadsheet into useful draft performance analytics. Keg Essentials provides the measurement. Microsoft provides the computing platform. Your data remains your data.
Microsoft 365 Business + Copilot
Keg Sentry AI Analytics uses a smartphone or iPad camera as a simple read-only bridge between Keg Sentry measurement data and your POS sales information.
At the end of a shift, a manager simply takes two photographs.
1. Keg Sentry — showing the amount of draft beer poured.
2. POS Shift Report — showing the amount of draft beer sold along with its price.
Then verbally ask Copilot for your shift results.

Keg Sentry AI Analytics operates entirely within Microsoft 365 Business Standard with Copilot, a subscription service that costs about $30 per month.
Unlike a stand-alone AI assistant running in a web browser, Microsoft 365 Copilot works directly within applications such as Word and Excel. This allows Copilot to move information between documents and spreadsheets.
For Keg Sentry, Copilot reads the numbers from photographs of the Keg Sentry display and the POS end-of-shift report, then transfers that data into a pre-formatted Excel spreadsheet. Fixed Excel formulas—not AI—calculate draft beer poured, beer sold, and the resulting gross dollar variance for each shift.

Keg Sentry provides above-the-line operational reporting on every shift. It compares draft beer poured with draft beer sold, giving management an accurate picture of gross draft beer variance while there is still time to act.
At month-end, Keg Sentry's historical records provide a detailed summary of beer poured. These figures can be entered into the POS system for below-the-line inventory and financial reporting. Keg Sentry does not replace or duplicate the POS system. Keg Sentry monitors operations; the POS manages business records.
Why report by shift? Because problems are much easier to identify when they occur. If several shifts are combined before a variance is discovered, it becomes difficult to determine when it happened. Shift reporting establishes a clear time period for every comparison.
