The main difference between Keg Sentry and cloud-based draft beer management systems is their Monthly Recurring Cost (MRC). This includes a per tap fee, Internet access, software maintenance, and other related expenses. In short, their Return on Investment (ROI) is usually measured in years.
Pricing - Keg Sentry Has No Recurring Costs; Once Purchased, It's Yours
Now examine Keg Sentry's non-recurring cost model; ROI is now based on Keg Sentry's cost divided by savings per keg.
Keg Sentry List Price is $395.00 Per Tap
This includes all electronics, consoles, power supply, and hardware required to install a complete Keg Sentry Monitoring System.
Let's do the Math
- Assume a full 124-pint keg with a sale price of $5.00 per pint = $620.00.
- Next, assume that Keg Sentry identified a foam issue that resulted in saving 10% of lost revenue = $62.00.
- A Keg Sentry tap will be paid off with the savings from only 6.4 kegs: $395.00 divided by $62.00 equals 6.4.
A Large Percentage of Lost Revenue is Due to Theft
Installing a Keg Sentry system greatly reduces theft by deterring bad actors who fear being caught by its accurate reporting.
Keg Essential 35% Discount = $257 Per Tap
ROI = 4 or 5 Kegs
What do We Ask in Return For Our 35% Discount
